We are with you every step of the way – finding the right target company, going through the due diligence process and participation in the bidding and negotiation processes. Our work ends only when the share purchase agreement is signed.

Growth equity and debt advisory services

We help our customers to increase leverage and unleash their companies’ full growth potential by attracting private equity funds from Baltics and broader European region, large institutional investors such as EBRD, EIF, EIB, NIB or private investors (family offices) across the Baltics, as well as help navigating through the negotiation process and settling on the best financing terms possible.

Financial advisory services on EU grants

We help our clients navigate through the various financing options in the market including state support programs and different grant schemes. We also take care of the submission of all documentation necessary for the application to such grants.
